About Us

In 2022, Paula Burks and Shannon Greenhill purchased the “Old Pharmacy” building located adjacent to Fannin Regional Hospital from the late Hoot Skelton with the promise of restoring the building and developing it for the Blue Ridge community.

Their vision was to create a wellness and rehabilitation center to provide the highest quality care available in our area.  The wellness center is designed with the community in mind with equipment to provide a functional training facility that is welcoming and accessible to everyone.  

Apogee18 Wellness and Rehabilitation is aimed at individuals and families 55 years old and older who want to maintain their independence and vitality for years to come.

We provide a one-on-one assessment for each member to ensure personal goals are addressed, as well as provide screenings for medical conditions, fall risks, and orthopedic injuries.
